As a former pastor and a communicator who speaks to thousands of people, he consistently brings relevant information to teams, providing clarity, warmth, and inspiration.
“Unison” is a musical term describing when two voices or instruments play the same note at the same time. While only playing the same note could lead to a lack of harmony, music creates its own magical effect: If the two voices are perfectly in tune with each other the sound waves produce what are called “sympathetic vibrations,” causing other notes to sound on their own and expanding the volume and force of the two original voices.
This is a perfect metaphor for what happens when two team members are attuned to one another. Working “in unison” creates a force that reverberates throughout an environment—and produces exponential results.
